Holiday Schedule: Easter & Eid al-Fitr 2025

At Rich Reach, we recognize and respect the important religious and cultural celebrations of our clients around the world. As Easter and Eid al-Fitr 2025 approach, we want to extend our warmest wishes to all who observe these holidays. While these are not official holidays in China, we are adjusting our communication schedule slightly to ensure you still receive prompt support.

Holiday Dates & Our Availability

Easter 2025

Easter Sunday falls on April 20, 2025. Many of our clients in Africa, Europe, and the Americas celebrate Good Friday (April 18) through Easter Monday (April 21). During this period, our sales and logistics teams remain fully operational from our Hefei base. You can expect normal response times for emails and WhatsApp messages, though some shipping lines and banks may have reduced hours in your country. We will continue processing orders and preparing shipments as usual.

Eid al-Fitr 2025

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan and is expected around March 30 – April 1, 2025 (exact dates depend on moon sighting). For our many customers across East Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East, this is a time of celebration and family gatherings. We understand that business activities may slow down during these days. Please rest assured that Rich Reach will be working as normal – however, we kindly suggest that you place urgent inquiries or orders before the Eid break to avoid any local delays in banking, customs, or transport on your side.

You may experience slightly longer reply times on the exact holiday dates (Easter Sunday / Eid day) because we want to honor your celebration time – but we will still reply within 12 hours.

✔ Shipping & Documentation Continue

Export procedures from China, container loading, and sea freight bookings will proceed without interruption. If you need to arrange delivery to Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, or any other African port, our logistics team is ready. However, we advise you to check with your local customs and transport providers regarding their holiday schedules.

✔ Special Holiday Inquiry Handling

If you send us a message during Easter or Eid, please add “Holiday inquiry” in the subject line – we will prioritize your request. You can still request used excavator videos, condition reports, and quotes as usual. Our stock remains available for immediate shipment.
